Supporting Charities and Communities

Community Engagement

As one of our core principles, we love both our local and wider communities. Engaging with all walks of life to teach fire safety and fire fighting skills

Youth Outreach

Youth Organisations are always a BIG part of local communities. We are always happy to do talks and allow young people to have a look around our vehicles and equipment to give them an insight into the firefighting role. We can even let them put their knowledge and skills to the test!

Emergency Services Events

If you or your organisation are hosting an Emergency Services themed display or event, we are always happy to attend. This allows us to show attendees the vehicles and equipment we use. We also have a small ‘firefighting challenge’ for our younger members that allows them to test their skills and receive a certificate for their efforts.

Community Fire and Medical Cover

Putting on events can be both time consuming and costly, especially in the Charity/ Non-Profit sector. And if you want to keep people safe, this can add even more pressures. We can help support you with our experienced team and equipment to make sure you have everything you need to keep people safe

FAQ

We aren’t here to make money, only to support Charities and Non-Profit organisations. We never formally ask for money, however, if you want to make a donation to cover costs of running the service, we will be extremely appreciative!

Send us an email at hello@aviationfrs.co.uk, One of our team will get in contact with you. Make sure you mention who your organisation is and how we can help

Unfortunately, we don’t take commercial bookings, only Charity or Non-Profit. However, it’s still worth popping us an email and letting us know what you need. We can then look at how best to support you

Yes! We’re always happy to promote Fire Safety in any setting. From Primary School all the way up to Public Services at Colleges, we can tailor something for everyone.

Our availability is completely Volunteer dependent. If we have available Volunteers, then we can help. We also have to take into account Brooklands Museum Events, as they kindly let us keep our equipment and conduct our weekly training there, they are our priority.
